Novaflex® Glazing & Building Silicone Sealants meet or surpass all industry standards for window and door fabrication applications and all types of retrofit, new construction and remedial window installation applications. Novagard silicone RTVs are single-component, high-solids, low-odor materials which cure to low modulus, flexible and durable rubber-like solids upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. Choose Novaflex products for all conventional glazing and sealing applications that require fast set-up and superb primerless adhesion. Novaflex® Silicone Sealants
The products of the Novaflex Series are non-corrosive, single-component, modified oxime cured silicone sealants and adhesives which are used most frequently within the window and door manufacturing industry as glazings and structural back-beddings. The Novaflex products are available in a broad range of standard and custom color formulations. Novaflex products will develop primerless adhesion to most common construction substrates and the neutral cure is compatible with most materials.

Novaflex® SB
A patented Novagard innovation, Novaflex SB was manufactured to compliment any type of glazing rabbet profile design. Novagard combines modified oxime cure technology with consistently sized spacer-beads to provide a "liquid shim" primary bedding seal on wood, PVC, fiberglass and aluminum. The bead assures controlled compound thickness between the glass and the sash, which will maximize sash performance while minimizing sealant consumption. It also eliminates squeezeout, which provides for easier re-glazing. Tailor your SB product with a specific spacer-bead size and your choice of cure rate, viscosity, green strength, physical properties and color.

For the Window and Door Installer
Novaflex® Glazing and Building sealant is recommended for installing new construction windows and as a primary perimeter weatherseal for retrofit applications. Novaflex is also used by contractors for all siding and exterior trim sealing requirements. The product exhibits excellent gunability from 40° F to 100° F and adheres to vinyl, brick, glass, aluminum and wood. Novaflex is a firm product with exceptional tooling characteristics.

Novagard Siding and Trim Sealant is a premium all-weather formulation that will stay flexible and resistant to cracking and discoloration. This cured sealant resists mildew, too. This premium all-weather formulation is tack free in 10-15 minutes and is completely cured in up to 2 days. This product adheres to vinyl, aluminum, wood, steel, cement and concrete, to name a few. Novagard Siding and Trim Sealant is recommended for sealing siding, trim, doors, gutters and flashing. This product, which is VOC compliant, is available in major siding manufacturer colors.

NovaBond™ Structural Adhesive is a valuable alternative to replacing epoxies, other adhesives, screws, rivets, nails, welds, and bolts. NovaBond adhesives are easy to use and work fast. They eliminate costly machining or welding operations and work on poorly fitted parts with no surface prep required. NovaBond Structural Adhesives adhere to most plastics, PVC, ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, acrylic, metals, steel, and aluminum to name a few. This adhesive has three levels of work life – 5 minute, 10 minute and 30 minutes – to make it easier to complete a variety of jobs.

NovaBond™ High Impact Structural Mull Adhesive is a cost effective and superior performing alternative to traditional window mulling applications using silicone or tape and screws. It is clean and fast with incredible bonding strength. No More Fasteners and No More Screw Holes! This mull adhesive is specifically developed for window mulling applications such as PVC to PVC, PVC to Aluminum, aluminum to aluminum, wood to wood and fiberglass to PVC, to name a few. NovaBond™ High Impact Structural Mull Adhesive meets impact requirements for mulled units and can be moved in 15 minutes. It bonds and seals in one operation and has excellent toughness with flexibility.
